R23-049 1 RESOLUTION NO. Liens 47 shall be of equal dignity with the taxes there from for the year 2023, and shall 48 be enforced and collected in like manner pursuant to applicable provisions of 49 law. In the event collection proceedings are necessary,the property owner shall 50 pay all costs of the proceedings, including reasonable attorney's fees. 51 52 Section 3.
