84-JJJJA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO. 4 IN SECTION 8,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, performance bonds in the amount of
$1,706,053.50 are being held to insure that subdivision
improvements are installed, completed and paid for in accordance
with applicable requirements and all fees paid including the
administration fee of $17,060.005
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions according to City Ordinances
and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
