A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE PERFOrmANCE BOND FOR
PHASE II OF A PORTION OF LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES,
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS WILLOWOOD, IN PLAT ~,~
BOOK 13, PAGE 32 and PLAT 4A, BOOK 14, PAGE 69
AS RECORDED IN PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
performance bond and accept the completed improvements for
Phase II of a portion of Lake Boynton Estates, also known as
Willowood, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of
the uncompleted sidewalks, swales and street lighting to be
$9, OOO,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The surety bond in the amounn of $27~951,4~Q~pos~d,~ith
the City for Phase II of a portion of Lake Boynton Estates is
hereby reduced in lieu of a new performance bond being furnished
to the City of Boynton Beach in the amount of $9,000 and
completed improvements accepted subject to a one year guarantee
from the-developer.
