A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, CO~MENDING REVEREND DOUGLAS SMITH
FOR HIS DEDICATED SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY.
WHEREAS, Reverend Douglas Smith has been minister of
First United Presbyterian Church f~ over sixteen years and has
been active in civic affairs; and
WHEREAS, he has served the interest of Boynton Beach
through his church leadership; and
WHEREAS, Reverend Douglas Smith is leaving the area
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City of Boynton Beach City Council wishes to take
this opportunity to express its appreciation for his involvement
and concern for the community and sends with him its good wishes
and remembrances ss he prepares to make his contributions to
another community.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th day of May, 1982.
