A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE ~LAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE SAID CITY AN AGREEMENT WITH
METRIC ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED, SUPPLE-
MENTAL TO THOSE AGREEMENTS ADOPTED BY RESO-
LUTIONS NO. 81-BBB and NO. 82-F.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON B=ACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, an agreement with Metric Engineering,
Incorporated, supplemental to those agreements previously
adopted by our Resolutions No. 81-BBB and No. 82-F.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect i~medi-
ately upon its passage.
