A RESOLUTION'OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING
SOUTH CENTRALREGIONAL WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF FEBRUARY
3, 1982.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treat-
merit and Disposal Board did, on Fe~bruary 3, 1982, ~by a vote of 7-0,
authorize Russell and Axon, Engineers to proceed with the Purchase
~ Contract with Parkson Corporation for the Interim Mechanical
Screening Facilities, thereby authorizing execution of the PurChase
Contract by the members of the South Central Regional Wastewater
Treatment and Disposal Board; and
WHEREAS, all pursuant costs are agreed to be shared on
a 50'/50 basis between the City of Boynton Beach and the City of
Delray Beach; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification ~by
the City of Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach hereby
ratifies said Board action this 17th day of February, 1982.
