82-FRESOLUTION NO. 82-F
A RESOLUTION OF'~THE.'CI.TY-CO~UNCIL OE. THE ~ITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE SkID CITY AN AGREEMENT WITH
METRIC ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED, SUPPLEMENTAL
TO THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 81-BBB.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Boynton~
Beach, Florida, an Agreement with Metric Engineering, Incorpora. ted,
Supplemental to that certain Agreement previously adopted by our
Resolution No. 81-BBB.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
