R24-306 1 RESOLUTION NO. R24-306 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON 4 BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF INSURANCE POLICY 5 FOR FLOOD INSURANCE COVERAGE WITH WRIGHT FLOOD FOR 6 COVERAGE AT THE BOAT RAMP PARK COMFORT STATION;AND FOR 7 ALL OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, Wright Flood is the City's insurance provider for Flood insurance; and 10 WHEREAS, City staff recommends renewal of the policy with increases to the City's 11 Building limits to allow room for minor changes and upgrades during the policy year; and 12 WHEREAS, the Risk Division requests to renew the insurance coverage with Wright Flood 13 for the Boat Ramp Park Comfort Station location; and 14 WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City Commission has deemed it in the 15 best interests of the city's citizens and residents to approve the renewal of Flood insurance 16 coverage with Wright Flood for coverage at the Boat Ramp Park Comfort Station. 17 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON 19 BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: 20 SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as 21 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption. 22 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby 23 approve the renewal of Flood insurance coverage with Wright Flood for coverage at the Boat 24 Ramp Park Comfort Station, as further described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. 25 SECTION 3. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby 26 authorizes the Mayor to execute any ancillary documents as may be necessary to accomplish the 27 purpose of this Resolution. 28 SECTION 4.
