Proposal for Artistic Utility Box Wraps
Requested Action: Seeking Board’s Opinion and Direction
Explanation of Request: The Director of Planning and Development, Amanda Radigan, will
present a proposal to wrap traffic light utility boxes with artwork sourced through a Call to
Artists, inviting local and regional submissions. The project aims to enhance public spaces
and seek the Board's direction and feedback.
