R02-108 RESOLUTION R 02- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TIlE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY AS PART OF TILE CITY'S INTILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM TO JOSEPH L. MATTHEWS AND PAMELA MATTHEWS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, JOSEPH L. MATTHEWS and PAMELA MATTHEWS has ~een approved for a mortgage as a participant in thc City of Boymon Beach Infill Construction Program; and WHEREAS, JOSEPH L. MATTHEWS and PAMELA MAT~THEWS has selected a city-o~vned lot in the City's redevelopment tm'get area, and desires to build a single family home on said lot; and WHEREAS, the construction of single-family housing in existing subdivisions throughout the City is encottragcd for the purpose of community revitalization and increased taxable value; and WI-IEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, based upon staff recommendation, finds it to be in the besl interests of the commUnity and its residents to convey certain property to JOSEPH L. MATTHEWS and PAMELA MATTHEWS, for the purpose of constructing a single family home. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1.
