Each speaker will be given a total of three (3) minutes to comment on all items on the agenda; however, the Board retains the right to increase or decrease the three-minute limit prior to the start of public comment. A map of CRA owned properties is provided as Attachment II. FISCAL IMPACT: To be determined based on Board direction.
