76-FFF R. ESOL~TION NO. 76-FF-F A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC.M; FLORIDA, VACATING AN D ABANDONING: --ROAD . R:~GHT- ~'~OF-WAY±;, ~_ LOCATED BETWEEN LOT 6, BLOCK 3, AND LOT. I.~ BLOCK 6, OF ROBERT ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS .OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. WI-IEREAS, Messrs. Lucien A. Samyn and Robert G. Beane have initiated proceedings for vacating and abandoning a.r0:~, zight=of=w~y located between Lot 6, Block 3, and Lot 1, Block 6, of Robert Addition, as is more fully described hereinafter: and WHEREAS, said abandomnent has heretofore been considered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and a i~avorable recommendation has been rendered in connection ~herewith; and WHEREAS, all affected public utilities have been contacted for their recommendations in connection with said proposed abandonment, and their recommendations have been received; and WHEREAS, said proposed abandonment is deemed to be reasonable and in the best interests of the inhabitants of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section h That the ~z~a~ al_right-of,waY lying in and upon the following described land in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to-wit: That portion of the 25-fi; wide right of way for N. E. 4th Avenue lying west of the west right of way of north- east 4th Street and extending westward to the east right of way of the 20 -ft. wide alley parallel to the Florida East Coast R. R. right of way. Said portion of N. E. 4th Avenue is bounded on the north by Lot 6, Block 3, and on the south by Lot 1, Block 6 of Robert Addition to the Town of Boynton as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5i of Palm Beach County Records. (Northeast 4th Avenue is shown as "3 sir" and Northeast 4th Street is shown as "6 sir" in the before mentioned Plat Book 1, Page 51).
