A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF SURETY AND REFUND OF CASH
BOND, IN THE AMOUNT OF $825.00, FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS STEA!<.'N SHAKE, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer for the project known as Steak'n Shake, previously
posted a cash bond in the a.mountof$825.00 for the water and sanitary sewer systems; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Department has completed it's final inspection, and verified
that all portions of the water and sewer systems are operating satisfactorily.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COl\1MISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the amount of $825
to Steak'n Shake.
Section 2. Tha.t this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
