A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REQUEST OF TELEPROMPTER CORPORATION
FOR INCREASES OF RATES AND CHARGES TO SUBSCRIBERS.
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 68-17 of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, Teleprompter Corporation was heretofore granted
and awarded a non-exclusive license to construct, operate and
maintain a Community Antenna Television System within the
municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pursuant
to and in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 7A of the
Codified Ordinances of said City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7A-15 of the
Codified Ordinances of said City, Teleprompter Corporation has
requested the approval of the City Council of said City for
increases in its schedule of rates and charges to subscribers, as
set forth in the schedule attached hereto and made a part
hereof and marked "Exhibit A"; and
WHEREAS, there have been no changes in the schedule of
rates and charges since 1968, and the City Council deems the
request to be reasonable under the present circumstances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the request of Teleprompter Corporation
for increases in its schedule of rates and charges to sub-
scribers, as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made
a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately~~assage 0f this Resolution.
