A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING THE PAY PLAN FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida on September 17, 1974, passed and adopted Resolution
No. 74HH which ratified, approved and confirmed the pay plan
for municipal employees of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
which.were implemented by the City Manager and became effective
on the 26th.day of September, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida on February 4, 1975 passed and adopted Resolution No.
75-F which amended the pay plan for municipal employees of the
City of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Officer of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida has reviewed the existing pay scale for employeel
and has recommended a certain amendment to this pay plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed said proposed
amendment and has approved it without modification; and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of such proposed
amendment the City Council deems that the enactment and
adoption of same is in the best interest of efficient admin-
istration of the municipal personnel system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE tiT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the pay plan for municipal employees
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida as set forth in said
Resolution No. 74-HH and amended by Resolution No. 75-F is
hereby amended to change the starting rate of pay for the
position of accountant from Grade 30 at a starting rate of
$12,084.80 annually to:
G~DE 27 -- $10,836.80 annual salary
Section 2: In all other respects said amended pay
plan for municipal employees are hereby ratified and confirmed
as heretofore adopted and mended.
