75-QRESOLUTION NO. 75-Q
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of
said City, deems it necessary and essential to the public interest
of the inhabitants of said City that sidewalks be constructed
and installed on the east side of U. S. Highway No. One
a .distance of approximately 296 feet from the south boundary
line of Hampshire Gardens southward to the south boundary line
of the Jaycee Park in said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plans, specifications and estimates
of cost of the above described improvement, in accordance with
the laws and ordinances of the City of B0ynton Beach, Florida,
are hereby required to be made and placed on file in the
Office of the City Engineer of said City.
