73-HHHRESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF CIVIL SERVICE BY ADDING A SALARY SCHEDULE
FOR CERTAIN NON-CI~ASSIFIED POSITIONS .
WHEREAS, the Municipal Personnel Officer of the City of
Boynton Beachs Florida, has heretofore conducted a periodic
review of the existing pay scale for employees of said muni-
cipality and has recommended certain amendments, a copy of
which proposed amendments are attached hereto;
WHEREAS, the City Manager~ has reviewed said proposed
amendments and has approved them without modification;
WHEREAS, after thorough review of such proposed amendments,
the City CoUncil deems that the enactment and adoption of same
is in the best interests of efficient administration of the
municipal personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
~E CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The pay plan for the municipal employees for
the City of Boynton Beach, be and is hereby amended by
providing for amendments to the salary schedule for non-
classified positions as attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof.
Section 2: The foregoing amendments shall be implemented
