71-NRESOLUTION NO. 71 -~
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, provides that salaries of officials shall be '~ixed by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has recently reevaluated and approved an increase in the salary
and allowance for the office of City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the salary and car allowance for the office of City
Manager of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby established at
$15,800.00 per year and $1,200.00 per year, respectively, payable as
other municipal salaries are paid. This ~'~shall be deemed to take
effect retroactively to December 31, 1970, and any necessary adjustments
paid immediately.
