R-2, (DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL) TO C-1

REVISED ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY;
PROVIDING A CONFLICTS C.LAUSE, PROVIDING
A SE ILIT CUUSE, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.~
W~EREAS, the City Con~ission of the City~ Boynton
Beach, Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordina?~. ~No_i 91-70~
in which a revised Zoning Map was adopted foysaid City; and
WR~EAS, Christopher Cutro, Planning ~rector and agent
for the City, has heretofore filed a Petition with the Cit~
of Boynton Beach, Florida, pursuant to~ection 9 of Appendix
A - Zoning, of the Code of Ordi~/~es, City of Boyrrton
Beach, Florida, for the purpose of/tezoning a certain parcel
/
of land consisting of approxima~zg{y 0.88 acre located within
the municipal limits of said ~ty, said property being more
particularly described h~einafter, from R-2
(Duplex
Residential) to C-1 (Off~/Professional); and
W~(EAS, the City~ommission deems it to be in the best
interest of the i~bitants of said City to amend the
aforesaid Revised~ning Map as hereinafter set forth.
