62-CRESOLUTION No. 62 -~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems its
necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property
owners of said City, that certain public streets, more particularly described
hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by
constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Supervisor of Public Services of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of constructing, repairing, re surfacing and/or rebuilding the
following described public streets over the dedicated rights-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of S. E. 1st Avenue lying between
U. S. Highway #1 and S. E. 6th Street;
That portion of S. E. 2nd Avenue lying between
U. S. Highway ~ and S. E. 6th Street;
Thai portion of S. E. 6th Street lying between
S. E. 2nd Avenue and Ocean Avenue.
~ That said plans and specifications and estimates of the cost of
such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated cost shall be
in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, shall be filed in the office of the said Supervisor of Public Services
of the City.
