WHEREAS, on August t, 1960, the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, enacted a certain resolution
authorizing the transfer of the sum of ~16,700.00 from its
municipal water system ~evenue Fund for deposit in its municipal
reserve Trust Account of the water revenue sinking fund; and
WHEREAS, it now appears that an additional sum of ~900.0~
is available and should be transferred from the said water system
Revenue Fund to the said reserve Trust Account of the water
revenue sinking fund; and
WHEiQEAS, the above additional transfer is deemed necessary
to strictly adhere to and comply with the provisions of the water
revenue bond resolution of the CITY OF SOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
dated January 4, 1951,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the sum of $900.00 shall immediately be trans-
ferred from the municipal water system ~evenue Fund and deposited
in the municipal Reserve Trust Account of the water revenue sink-
ing fund.
P.. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized
to take the necessary steps to carry into effect the procedure se±
forth in Paragraph 1 hereinabove.
