~HEREAS the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is about
to embark upon a project of constucting a Municipal swimming pool
within the Municipal limits of said City; and
WHEREAS the construction of saids~imming pool is to be
financed through the sale of general obligation bonds of said
City; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and essential in
tion with the validation, issuance and sale of said general
tion bonds that the City retain the legal services of a firm of
national bond counsel to assist the City in said undertaking; and
'*~AS the law firm of CALDWELL, MARSHALL, TRIMBLE &
MITCHELL of New York City, New York, is considered to possess the
requisite qualifications in said regard;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, hereby retains
the law firm of CALDWELL, MB~PSHALL, TRIMBLE & MITCHELL of New York
City, New York, as Special Legal Counsel to assist the City in
connection with the validation, issuance and sale of special re
bonds covering the construction of a certain Municipal swimming
pool previously approved by the voters of said Muncipality in a
