06-19-61a RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~ is
presently in process of enlarging its municipal water system and in connection
therewith it will be necessary to obtain permission to lay a certain 12;' water
main across and under tracks and property of the Seaboard Airline Railroad
Company, at a point approximately 93~ feet North of mile post 983 within the
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, along said company's right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, said company has heretofore agreed to such
crossing and has submitted to the City a formal document authorizing such
crossing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of said City for the accomplishment of subject purpose. In the absence of
the Mayor, the Vice Mayor is authorized to execute said document.
