A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH BONDS TO
NUNNO BUILDERS, INC., FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS WENDY'S RESTART, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $440.00 AND $28,600.00; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTWE DATE.
WHEREAS, on November 22, 2002, the Building Division accepted cash bonds
in the amotmt of $440.00 and $22,600.00 from Nunno Builders, Inc., to guarantee
completion of all permitted work at Wendy's Restaurant, located at 600 E. Woolbright
Road; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project, the work has
been completed, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bonds in the
amount of $440.00 and $28,600.00 to Nunno Builders, Inc. for the project located at 600
E. Woolbright Road.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
