A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
CHARTER SCHOOLS OF BOYNTON BEACH, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,200.00; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 2002, the Building Division accepted a cash
surety in the amount of $2,200.00 from Charter Schools of Boynton Beach, to guarantee
completion of all permitted work at Charter Schools of Boynton Beach, located at 801 N.
Congress Avenue, Suite 483; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project, the work has
been completed, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of cash surety in the
amount of $2,200.00 to Charter Schools of Boynton Beach for the project located at 801
N. Congress Avenue, Suite 483.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
