4-15-57ARESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does, pursuant to Article 15 of the Charter of the said City, deem it necessary for the public interest, that certain streets, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways, within the 1Lmits of the said City, be improved by being built, repaired, resurfaced, and rebuilt, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOY_~ON BFEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLL~'~S: 1. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of repair, resurfacing, rebuilding and constructing, streets, roads, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways over the dedicated rights-of-ways as hereinafter s et forth: (a) S. W. Second Avenue from Seacrest to $. W. First Street, approximately 531 feet, more or less. (b) (c) (d) S. W. Second Avenue from S. W. Third Street, East to Crescent Heights Subdivision Line, approximately 364.2 feet, more or less. S. E. Twelfth Avenue from the Railroad to $. E. Fourth Street, approxi- mately 984.5 feet, more or less. S. £. Third Street from S. E. Twelfth Avenue, South to Dead End, approximately 616 feet, more or less. 2. That the Superintendent of Public Works shall prepare plans and specifications which shall be on file with the City Clerk and the City of Boynton Beach, which said plans and specifications shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach. 3. The said Superintendent of Public Works shall have prepared and present to the next Regular City Council Meeting of the City of Bojmton Beach, on April 15, 1957, the said plans and specifications as herein mentioned.
