RESOLUTION NO. R03- 18.5"
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF
CASH SURETY IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,580.10 TO
VITCAR CONSULTING CO., INC., FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS MEDICAL ARTS PROFESSONAL
CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this project had previously posted two separate
cash sureties in the amounts of $5,500 and $2,080.10, totaling the sum of $7,580.10 for
completion of permitted work at the above property; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and the final Certificate of
Completion has been issued; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon recommendation of staff, deems it
appropriate to authorize a full release of cash surety in the total amount of $7,580.10 to
Vitcar Consulting Co., Inc. for the project known as Medical Arts Professional Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does
hereby approve the full release of the cash surety in the total amount 0 f $ 7,580.10 to
Vitcar Consulting Co., Inc. for the project known as Medical Arts Professional Center
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
