STATE OF FLORIDA:
The undersigned owners of Lots 19 to 24 of Block 10 of
BOYNTON HEIGHTS in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, request
that a public alley, commencing on Powell St:reet~'and running
easterly to Benson Street in said Block 10, be vacated and
abandoned.

Before me personally appeared GROVER and MAUD LEYLAND, his
wife to me well known and known to me to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to
and before me that they executed said instrument for the purposes
therein expressed.
