A RESOLUTION BY THE i~IAYOR AND LOARD
OF TO~'i~ COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF
B0~T0i~, FLORIDA, IN REGULAR SPECIAL
SESSION, SITTING, I'~AKING A~JUST[~Ei~TS
OF DELINQUENT TAXES AND CERTIFICATES
OWI~ED BY SAID TOWN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AUTI~0RITY AFORESAID,
in regular special session sitting, that all delin~uent taxes
and tax sales certificate~ held by the '~'own of Loynton for
the years 19~0 and prior thereto may be adjusted on the
basis of the tax levy for said town for the year l~P~9, waiving
all interest and penalties accrued thereon; and th~ tax
collector in and for the tova-~ of Eoynton, Florida, is hersby
authorized and directed to accept, in full payment of all such
said delinquencies, basing each year's calculation on the basis
of the tax levy for said town for the year
PASSED AND APPROVED By the authority aforesaid in regular
special session sittir~g, this the day of Eebruary, A.D. 1952.
