RESOLUTION NO. R97-pft7/
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION R97-186, DELETING ALL
REFERENCE TO "NEW" JOB DESCRIPTIONS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIV'E DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon recommendation of staff, did
approve Resolution No. R97-186, which made reference to approval of "new" job
descriptions and/or reclassifications; and
WHEREAS, each of the job descriptions listed in said Resolution R97 -186
were, in .fact, not "new" positions, but were reclassifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby amend Resolution No. H97-186, to delete all reference to "new" job
descriptions.
Section 2. Each and every other provision of Resolution No. R97-186,
not herein specifically amended remains unchanged.
. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
