14 WHEREAS, n October and November, 2008, a contract vendor was requested by
15 Code Compliance to $Ow the lots of the properties described in Exhibit "A"; and

17 WHKREA* owners of the parcel(s) of property hereinafter described were
18 invoiced by the F' .... Depertment on two occasions in an effort to recoup these costs with
19 no response; and i

21 WHEREAS, rd nuisance was not abated as required; and,

23 WHEREAS, f November 13 and December 31, 2008, all of the property owners
24 listed in the allacbed'i!ldlibit "A" ___ sent 1-.0 oflilring them an opportunity to remit
25 within 30 days in ord to avoid incurring a lien on their property; and

27 WHEREAS, City Manager or his authorized representative has made a report of
28 costs actually inc by the City ad abatement of said nuisance as to the property( s)
29 involved, which is de ribed in Exhibit "A" atta(:hed to this Resolution; and

31 WHEREAS, pon passage of this Resolution, the property owners will be furnished
32 with a copy of this R .. solution, and given one more opportunity to remit all costs associated
33 with the abatement in I within 30 days of the passaee of the Resolution, before transmittal
34 to the County for reco dation of Liens; and
