A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK'TO EXECUTE A BIO-MEDICAL WASTE
SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND BIO-SPEC, INC., AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be in the
best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to enter into an Agreement with Bio-
Spec, Inc., to provide for the safe removal and transport of bio-medical waste from the
generating source to the proper disposal site which complies with all applicable, federal,
state, county and municipal ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
_Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and Bio-Spec, Inc. which
agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A'1.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

In the event of a breach of this Agreement by either party, and the matter is
referred to an attorney to enforce the Agreement, the nonprevailing party
