5 APPROVING THE SECOND ADDENDUM TO
6 AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE TOWING
7 ROTATION I'ROGRAM TERMINATING ON
8 DECEMBER 31, 2011; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
9 MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE T
10 SECOND ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT R
11 VEHICLE TOWING ROTATION PROGRAM; i\ND
12 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

14 WHEREAS, on December 15,2009, the City Commi ion provided direction to
15 stall regarding towing services and approved an exte sion of the current towing
16 Agreements with some modifications until December 3 ,2011; and
17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE BY THE CITY COMMISSION
18 OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FL

Section I.
The foregoing "Wh cas" clauses are hercby ratified and

Program, a copy o/ftlle Second Addcndums are attached hereto as Exhibit "A". .
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
