A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
AND ACCEPTING A LETTER OF CREDIT BY B.J.'S
WHOLESALE CLUB, INC., AND ISSUED BY FLEET
NATIONAL BANK, (NO. 1S1261785) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $250,000.00; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the
above referenced Letter of Credit in the amount of TWO Hundred
Fifty Thousand and 00./100 and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) as
surety for excavating and filling work in the B.J.'s Wholesale
Club, Inc. project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves and accepts a Letter of Credit
submitted B.J.'s Wholesale Club, Inc., and issued by Fleet
National Bank in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and
no/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) as surety for excavating and
filling in the B.J.'s Wholesale Club project;
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
