Please consider this a reminder that if you opened a Campaign Account prior to
December 31, 2012, you are required to submit a Campaign Treasurer's Report that is
due in my office by the close of business at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, January
10, 2013. The Report Code for the report would be "Q4" and it covers the period
10/01/2012 through 12/31/2012. If you have opened your account but not
collected any funds, you must submit a "Waiver of Report ".
I am out of the office on vacation and will return on Monday, January 7 If you have

Good morning:
In reviewing your Campaign Treasurer's Report, a correction needs to be made to your
Summary Sheet as follows:
• In Area #6 "Contributions This Report, - you report $640 in "In- Kind"
contributions, but I can only location $460 in in -kind contributions. That needs to
be corrected and then your Total Monetary Contributions would need to be
corrected. Further, I don't believe you need to report the "In- kind" contributions
in the Total Monetary Contributions To Date line since in -kind is not money. Just
show the in -kind amount on the In -kind line.
• In Area #7, Expenditures This Report, your expenditures added up to $653.26
rather than $653.62. If I am correct, this would need to be corrected and then
the Total Monetary Expenditures To Date would need to be changed.
The corrections only need to be made to the Summary Sheet. You will need to mark
that sheet as an amendment.
Please know that you have until the close of business at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday,
February 28 to correct this report.
