Current resident and home owner in district IV. Small business owner in CRA district. Have a vested interested in all of Boynton
Beach. As o concerned citizen and current Vice Chair of Planning and Development Board, I have a desire to take part in moving
this city in a positive direction. Hove an open mind and want to hear and see all sides of what is needed for moving city
forward.
Born in Chicago Illinois. Raised in the south suburbs.
Basic work history:
1978 -1988 Retail management. Tandy Corporation
1988 -1997 Real Estate Broker residential sales in Illinois. Baird & Warner in Flossmoor Illinois
1989 -1996 Marketing and Sales Director of a new construction and custom home builder in Illinois. Reichert Builders
1997 Moved to Florida. And obtained Real Estate Brokers license. In 2001 Established Boynton Beach Realty to present.
Current member of Realtors Association Palm Beaches, National Association of Realtors.
Have served on Planning and Development Board since 2005
Past member of Gold Coast Home Builders in Florida, Home Builders Illinois, National Home Builders, Alternate director
Southside Builders Illinois, Served on Community leadership , Fair Housing in Illinois, and Realtors Association Palm Beaches
