I left you a phone message, but felt I should also notify you by e -mail.
In reviewing your E2 Report, there is a correction that is needed on the Summary
Sheet. Item #10 on the Expenditure side should read: Total Monetary Expenditures To
Date: $913.15. Your report currently reads "0 ". You need to do an amendment to the
Summary sheet to correct that error.
Please remember that you have three days from when you are notified to make the
correction. Therefore, you should come into the office with your correction no later
than Wednesday, February 20 We are closed tomorrow and Monday is a holiday.
