As I mentioned on the phone, on your last report, you submitted an amendment and showed that your total monetary contributions were $1,750. On this Termination Report, you are showing your Total Monetary Contributions as $1,600. You will need to amend your TR report in order to correct it. In order to avoid any fines, please be advised that this amendment must be submitted to my office no later than 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. I have attached copies of your 2014 G -3 Report and Termination Report so that you can review both in order to make the correction.
