Good morning Paula:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of last evening (3/4/2014) when I advised you of the fact that there were
two areas on your "2014 -G2 Report" requiring an amendment. They are:
• On the contribution side, you list $857.00 of In -Kind contributions, but neglected to list those contributions on
the DS -DE 13 "Itemized Contributions" report; and
• On the Expenditures side on the Summary Sheet, your report is off by 50 cents.
As we discussed, it will be necessary for you to amend you report within three days of notification; therefore, you will
need to submit your amendment to my office by close of business at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2014. Please
confirm receipt of this e-mail.

Subject: Campaign Treasurer's Report - Termination Report
This is a reminder that you must submit your final Campaign Treasurer's Report to me by the close of business at 6:00
p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014. The code for this report is TR, which stands for Termination Report. Please remember
there are fines associated with the late submittal of these reports.
I will be on vacation the week of June 9th but my staff will accept, timestamp and provide a copy of the report you
submit. I will check the report when I return and advise if there is any concern.
To the successful candidates:
If you desire, you may open an Office Account with funds that are remaining in your Campaign Account. You will need
to close your Campaign Account and open an Office Account. If that is your plan, please let me know and I will provide
you with Office Account forms.
