AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RAILRI ,AD
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR 'HE
CONSTRUCTION OF GRADE CROSSINGS TRAt FIC
CONTROL DEVICES, AND FUTURE MAINTENA/ICE
AND ADJUSTMENT OF SAID DEYICES; PROVID NG
FOR THE EXPENDITLIRE OF FUNDs; J ND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WltEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportati ~n is constructing,

(Woolbright Road), which shall call for the installation and maintenan, ;e of railroad grade

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IE CITY COMMISSION
CITY OF BOY1NTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton l~each, Florida does
authorize execution of a Railroad Reimbursement Agreemeng with the State of
of Transportation and the FEC Railway Company for the installation
of certain grade crossing traffic control devices designated as Financial
