A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND TO SHAPIRO &
ADAMS, P.A., IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,612.00; AND
PROVDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI-IEREAS, the developer of this project previously posted a cash bond in the
mount of $13.612.00 for the consumction of a wall at Riverwalk Plaza; and
WltEREAS, all inspections have been successfully complete~ and a Certificate of
Occupancy has been issued; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT3 COMMISSION OF
TIlE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACIt, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton B ~ach, Florida, upon the
Of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash ~ond in the amount of

$13,612.00, to Shapiro & Adams, P.A.~
Section 2. That tbJs Resolution shall become effective imn/ediately upon passage.
