3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
4 APPOINTING MAYOR STEVEN B. GRANT AS A REPRESENTATIVE TO
5 THE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION,AND APPOINTING
6 COMMISSIONER MACK MCCRAY AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE
7 TO THE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

10 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
11 representation on the Metropolitan Planning Organization; and
12
13 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
14 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor of
15 service.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE •
17 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA THAT:

19 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true
20 and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

22 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby appoints
23 Mayor Steven B. Grant as a representative to the Metropolitan Planning Organization and appoints
24 Commissioner Mack McCray as alternate representative to the Metropolitan Planning Organization.

26 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
