A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
LYNNE MATSON, COMMISSIONER AS A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOUTH COUNTY COUNCIL
OF GOVERNMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Co~mission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is
entitled to representatian on the South County COuncil of Governments, and

Section i. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and con-
firmed as being true and correct and 'incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The Cindy Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby appeints L~TSQ~, CO~SSZO~T~ as a representative
to ihe SOuth County C~uncil of Governments.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
