A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A RELEASE OF THE UTILITY AND SITE IMPROVEMENT
SURETY (LETTER OF CREDIT No. 77446) TO WALTER
H. JANKE AND ALICE FAY, OWNERS OF GROVE
PLAZA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,250; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the project known as Grove Plaza has been completed and the City
of
Boynton Beach-'-"s Department of Engineering and Utility Department are satisfied with the
completion of the work; and
NOW, TttERE, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ZI-rF~ CITY COM]VIISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNToN BEACH, FLORIDA, TltAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of B0ynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release oft he surety in the mount of $7,500 to
Walter H. Janke and Alice Fay, owners of Grove Plaza.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
