A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND TO LCl
CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,420.00 FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
ECKERDS DRUGSTORE #3831; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, LCI Construction, Inc., the developer for the project known as Eckerds
)mgstore #3831, previously posted a cash bond in the mount of $2,420.00 for the
:ompletion of the permitted work; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
he completion of the work and the final Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TItE CITY COMMISSION OF
ritE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
ecommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the mount of
$2,420.00 to LCI Conslruction, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
