43 EAST, RECORDED IN BOOK 58, PAGE 38 OF THE OFFICIAL
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
W~RRF2~S, twO performance bonds by Transamerica Insurance Company were
~osted for the construction of subdivision improvements, one for $40,493.74 and
~ne for S370,522.08 (reduced to $55,409.75 by Resolution #88-JJJ), and,
WN~.R~AR, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, T~U~REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY T~]~ CITY CO}94ISSION OF T~ CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
The performance bonds in the amounts of $40,493.74 and $55,409.75
are hereby released.
