A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN EASEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AND FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT
COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING
EXHIBIT A ; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and part of the plans to
~ro¥ide easements for Florida Power and Light Company to
~upply power to Ezell Hester Jr., Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
)F THE CITY OF BoYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
COMMISSION
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
]irected to execute a certain Easement between the City of
~oynton Beach~ Florida and Florida Power and Light Company,
~aid Easement being attached hereto as composite Exhibit
shall take effect
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
