A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE AND OBTAIN A
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH WILLOWBROOK
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WITH RESPECT TO
MEADOWS DRIVE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission for
he City to enter into an agreement between the City of
~oynton Beach and Willowbrook Homeowners Association with
:espect to the maintenance responsibility for the paved
roadway situated within Willowbrook, also known as Tract A,
Headows 300; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission of the
lity of Boynton Beach, to have the City Attorney negotiate
· nd obtain a maintenance agreement between the City of
3oynton Beach and Willowbrook Homeowners Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
)f the City of Boynton Seach, Florida, that:
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized
lnd directed to negotiate and obtain a maintenance agreement
Detween the City of Boynton Beach and Willowbrook Homeowners
Association with respect to the maintenance responsibility
for the paved roadway situated within Willowbrook, also
Known as Tract A, Meadows 300.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
