A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
A RATE FOR THE TELEVISION INSPECTION OF
SANITARY SEWER MAINS BY UTILITY PERSONNEL.
WHEREAS, the televising of new sanitary sewers is an integral
part of the inspection process regarding said facilities; and
WHEREAS, performing this service incurs a cost to the City
that is not otherwise funded by development fees, such that the
average cost of labor and equipment amounts to approximately $1.35 per
linear foot of sewer; and
WHEREAS, said expense should be considered as part of the
cost of constructing the subject utility improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. That the rate to be charged for the televising of
new sewer facilities shall be established at $1.35 per linear foot.
