MEADOWS PARK, A REPLAT OF TRACT "E", PLAT
NO. 3 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the performance bond by Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland in the amount of $604,958.00 for Site
Improvements is being held to insure that required improvements
are installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements, and,
WHEREAS, improvements have been made and the value of the
uncompleted improvements plus 10% is $344,260.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COB{MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That. the performance bond for site improvements may be
reduced to the value of $344,260.00.
